Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A request submitted through this website is an appointment request, not a booked shoot. Until FORMA31 confirms the appointment, you may change or withdraw the request at any time, free of charge — simply reply to your acknowledgement email or contact us. No cancellation fee arises from the website request itself.

Once FORMA31 confirms an appointment, the applicable cancellation and rescheduling conditions are those communicated in the confirmation / service agreement for that job. This website deliberately does not impose fixed cancellation fees; any future fee schedule will be defined in the confirmed agreement, subject to mandatory law. ⚖ This clause requires verification by a Luxembourg lawyer before launch and before adoption in binding contracts.

—Early notice: please tell us as soon as plans change — early notice almost always allows free rescheduling.

—Weather: exterior and drone work is weather-dependent; the Drone & Weather Policy governs adaptation and partial rescheduling.

—Illness / emergency: genuine emergencies on either side are handled by rescheduling in good faith, not penalties.

—Access problems: if the property cannot be accessed at the confirmed time (absent key holder, refused entry, undisclosed restrictions), the visit may need to be rescheduled; repeated or late client-side failures may be reflected in the confirmed agreement's conditions.

—Substantial last-minute changes to scope may require a revised confirmation before the shoot proceeds.
