1. Included hosting and extensions
The Matterport service includes 3 months of active hosting, starting per the confirmed service workflow. Continued availability beyond the included period requires a hosting extension (+3, +6 or +12 months, as priced in the configurator's locked catalogue).
2. After hosting ends
When the included or extended hosting period expires without renewal, the tour may become unavailable. Please plan listing timelines accordingly and request extensions before expiry where continued availability matters.
3. Third-party platform
Tours are hosted on the Matterport platform, which is outside FORMA31's direct technical control. Platform changes, outages or discontinuation may affect availability, and FORMA31 cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service.
The tour is a marketing tool, not archival storage — do not rely on it as a permanent record of the property. Indefinite hosting is not promised.
